We are deeply committed to supporting the mental health and emotional well-being of children and young people. Through engaging, age-appropriate sessions, we create a safe and nurturing environment where participants can build resilience, confidence, and self-awareness.
Our programmes focus on helping children understand and express their emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and build strong interpersonal skills. These sessions are designed to reduce stigma around mental health and encourage open, supportive conversations.
As part of our ongoing commitment, we are excited to launch a dedicated Mental Health Workshop in September, with support of MIND, which will offer practical tools, guided discussions, and expert-led activities to further support young people’s mental and emotional development.
